Through his consulting work, he has managed the delivery of M&A transactions in excess of £300M in recent years.
Thomas has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), has certificates in Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics, is a Prince2 Practitioner and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute – demonstrating his recognised commitment, experience and expertise in the field.

Derek is a former professional footballer who has an in-depth knowledge of the internal workings and needs of a football club at professional and semi-professional levels. Derek has a wealth of experience spanning over 20 years in the security industry predominantly working with Premier League Football Clubs at Champions League level. His knowledge and experiences travelling across Europe and indeed the International stage has given Derek invaluable insight and understanding of the strategies needed to provide Security & Risk management services for your business to succeed.
